For real accounts and real email delivery
To make this fully real after hosting, connect the forms to one of these: a database-backed login system, Firebase or Supabase authentication, and a transactional mail service such as Brevo, Resend, or Mailgun.
Until that backend exists, keep this page limited to non-sensitive local preferences only. That prevents users from mistaking a static page for a secure authentication system.
